When the top-ranked LSU Tigers take the football field at Tiger Stadium this Saturday afternoon, they will have the opportunity to do something special. LSU is the only undefeated team remaining in the country, and with a win over the No. 3 Arkansas Razorbacks this weekend they will clinch the top spot in the SEC and potentially book their sports betting spot in the BCS national title game.

The fact that the pay head spread for a game between the third and first-ranked teams is double digits is testament to how dominant that LSU has been this season. Excluding their overtime win against the No. 2 Alabama Crimson Tide, the Tigers have won each of their games by at least 13 points, and nine of 11 by at least 26 points. However, unlike against Alabama when LSU was able to focus on their running game in order to slow them down, the Tigers should have a much tougher time against Tyler Wilson and the Razorbacks’ passing attack. Arkansas only pay head loss came at Alabama in week four, but since then the team has been on a role with all but two of their wins coming via double digits. LSU should emerge from this game victorious, but as was the case against the Crimson Tide, look for this game to be very close until the end.
